Terms of Sale

1. Who you're buying from

This site is operated by MD/MEDIA (MDM Marketing), an Australian business. You can reach us at sales@mdmmarketing.com.au. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What you receive

Each guide is a professionally designed PDF reference, typically a single page, written to be printed or kept on a device. Individual guides are $10 USD each unless a different price is shown on the product page, and the full library currently contains 11 guides. Some standalone guides (such as the Complete Camera Guide) are sold separately and are not part of the full library. The Power Grade product is a downloadable colour grading preset file for use in DaVinci Resolve.

Product titles describe the subject of the guide. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD), so your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion.

3. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and the guide is added to your MD/MEDIA dashboard where you can re-download it at any time by signing in with that same email.

There is no shipping, no postage and no delivery address, because there is no physical item to send. If your link doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us. We will resend it.

4. Refunds

Because our guides are digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including where you have already accessed or downloaded the file, or where you decide after purchase that the guide is not what you wanted.

Please read the product page, including the "Format & Access" section, before you buy. Every product page states plainly that you are purchasing a digital PDF guide.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply to our products. If a guide is faulty, is not delivered, is materially different from its description, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy, which may be a replacement or a refund, and we will honour that. Contact us at sales@mdmmarketing.com.au and we will sort it out.

5. How you may use the guides

When you buy a guide you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You're welcome to print it, pin it to the wall and use it on your own shoots, commercial ones included.

You may not resell, republish, share or redistribute the files, or pass your download links or account access to anyone else. The guides and presets remain the intellectual property of MD/MEDIA.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. Your statement will show a charge from MD/MEDIA listing the guides you purchased.

If you don't recognise a charge or think something has gone wrong, please email us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute, and we're happy to.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
